The actual course observation and notes will normally take about two hours to complete. However, the amount of time that you invest in developing your own Blueprint can vary between businesses.
What support is available during the course?
When you first access the course (Month 1) you will have full access to coaching advice via the Help Desk button. Using this, you can ask as many questions you want and Carl will respond directly to them.
What are the technical requirements to join?
You can access the course on all devices; phone, tablet, laptop or desktop. A printer and headphones would be useful but are not essential.
